Reuse Minnesota is a proud member of the Minnesota Fair Repair coalition. We support the grassroots effort to move digital Right to Repair legislation forward in the state. In 2023, the Minnesota legislature passed one of the most comprehensive Right to Repair bills in the United States. While some unfortunate exemptions were added, the law will now require manufacturers of electronic devices, appliances, and machinery to make the information, parts, and tools necessary for repairs available to individuals and independent repair shops.
