Family Pathways

Chris is the Director of Social Enterprise at Family Pathways, where he oversees ten thrift stores and their regional processing and recycling center focused on strengthening Minnesota’s reuse economy. With 26 years in retail leadership—from Walmart and Dollar Tree to nonprofit thrift operations—Chris blends large‑scale efficiency with mission‑driven sustainability. Outside of work, Chris is a proud husband of 22 years and dad to boy/girl twins and a younger son. He serves as a Den Leader and Assistant Scoutmaster in the local Scout Pack and Troop, and is “Taxi Cab Dad” for his kids’ many activities. In his downtime, Chris is happiest in front of a movie screen with a bowl of popcorn.
