Reuse Minnesota is a proud member of the Minnesota Fair Repair Coalition, which has worked for several years to pass right to repair legislation in Minnesota. Right to repair helps to make sure you have the right to fix your electronics, appliances, farm equipment, and other belongings. If passed, it would require manufacturers to make the information, parts, and tools necessary for repairs available to individuals and independent repair shops.
In the 2022 legislative session the bill passed the Minnesota House. This year, we are looking forward to moving the bill forward again.
