Preparing to celebrate the fall/winter holidays can be stressful and expensive. Having a fun way to pass along great items you no longer need and also pick up new-to-you items for free is a win-win! Let’s reuse what we no longer want, reduce trash, and get to know each other better! At this no-cost event, participants may take items for free. You do not need to drop off items in order to take other items. Be aware the swap is intended for individuals and families—no resellers, please. Gently used items will be accepted from noon to 6pm on Thursday, November 13 and 8am to noon on Friday, November 14.
Examples of items accepted in good working order include string lights, decoration, gift wrapping materials, tablecloths, tableware, wall hangings—visit https://bit.ly/HDTswapNov25 for a full list of items that will be accepted. If you have questions about the event, please contact Jenny Hill at jhill@happydancingturtle.org or 218-587-2303.
Happy Dancing Turtle is dedicated to growing good stewards of the planet by providing education, programs, and experiences for youth and adults that inspire wonder and empower change.
