The City of Brooklyn Park is hosting a Materials Reuse Donation Day on Saturday, September 12, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brooklyn Park Operations and Maintenance Facility, located at 8300 Noble Ave. N. It is also open for residents of Brooklyn Center, Crystal, and New Hope.
Collected items will be donated to Bridging and Better Futures Minnesota. For the full list of accepted items, please click here. All household items and building materials deemed acceptable will be taken for free.
Reuse Minnesota was founded in 2012 and is a member-based nonprofit that supports repair, resale, and rental businesses, bringing visibility to the reuse sector as a means to lower our state's impact on the environment.
